Deerfield Ridge Plat 2 - COMING SOON!
Deerfield Ridge sits on the North side of Route K, about 1/4 mile west of Sinclair Road. It is minutes from gas, grocery and dining.  Plat One of Deerfield Ridge is the immediate neighbor to the east.   The lots in Deerfield Ridge are extremely deep and many will have trees in the rear. Our intention as developers is to provide large private lots that are not a burden to maintain. 

A plat map is shown below indicating the orientation of lots as we plan to develop them.  As you can see, this is also the site of the Scott Boulevard extension and a 5 acre commercial tract.  Both of these will be huge commodities for the residents of Deerfield Ridge as they will provide many conveniences.

Schools
Deerfield Ridge is in the Columbia Public School District and feeds to Rock Bridge Elementary, Gentry Middle, Jefferson Junior High, and Rock Bridge High School.

Home Owners Association
The Deerfield Ridge Plat 2 HOA has not yet been formed as the development has not commenced.  As you can see below, there are recorded covenants so you can reference the building requirements and subdivision restrictions that will be in place.

Deerfield Ridge Plat 2 is a recorded Plat in the county of Boone. The subdivision covenants have been recorded and can be found on the county web site: www.showmeboone.com.

Utilities
Deerfield Ridge Plat 2 is in the City limits of Columbia. The water service will likely be provided by Boone County Public Water Supply District, the gas by Ameren UE, the City of Columbia will be the sewer provider and, at this point, Mediacom will NOT provide cable service. Internet and television will be provided by CenturyLink or Dish Network.
